有網路文章說晚上吃薑猶如砒霜,真的那麼嚴重嗎?<br />

把生薑做砒霜比,不知始自何人,很多人在問,到底晚上能不能吃薑,有那麼毒嗎?這問題令人哭笑不得,有的人甚至連炒菜都不敢放,有夠誇張。<br />
<br />
為了破除迷思,我們先了解生薑的特性:<br />
❶從生薑的外型可以看出來,薑的塊莖是不斷分歧生長的,所以具有往外突出的性向,因為本性如此,薑會把人的能量(氣)往外帶。<br />
<br />
❷生薑喜歡水多的環境,又不像水稻可以泡在水裡生長,反而愛好排水良好的山坡地,所以薑可以親近體內的水氣,而且找到之後,迅速地把水帶走。<br />
<br />
❸生薑性味辛溫走竄,吃下去身體有溫暖的感覺,喝濃一點,甚至胃中會出現灼熱感,這就是「點火」的作用,這點有利有弊,還是要以劑量的分寸為主。<br />

綜觀三點,結論就是生薑可以散寒、排濕、暖胃,中醫定位為陽藥。<br />

如果把一年的「春生、夏長、秋收、冬藏」縮影投射到一天,晚上剛好是冬藏時節,陽氣潛藏在內,宜靜不宜動,剛好跟生薑的特性相反,這時候吃薑,就好比把個性不合的兩個人放在一起,一定會有爭執,於是有了「砒霜說」。<br />

但是,如果不合的二者有強有弱呢?兩三片生薑可以影響一個健康的成人嗎?一兩碗薑母茶拔得動正常人即將潛藏的陽氣嗎?更何況晚上原本就「得天時」,陽氣潛斂是自然而然,上天之賦予,除非原本有病,否則生薑的作用根本可以忽略不計!薑之毒害甚至還比不過洗熱水澡的影響(熱水的淋濯亦可引陽),大家天天洗澡不也都沒事!<br />

錯!生薑不補,絕對不是能量來源,一個一直想要離家外出的孩子,您會寄望他賺錢養家嗎?當然不可能,您只能利用他要離開的時候,順便幫忙倒一下垃圾,所以當身體受了風寒,老一輩的人就會要我們喝一下薑母茶,利用薑外散的特性微微發汗,幫我們帶走風寒,此時哪裡分白天黑夜,有風寒可打,生薑不會虛了陽氣。<br />
能量就更容易解釋,肚子餓全身無力,沒有能量時,吃薑有用嗎?生薑擔任的是打火機裡頭打火石的角色,只能點火,不能燃燒(附子也是),飯菜才是能量來源,才是打火機的油料。<br />

所以大量吃薑的人,當身體陽氣尚足之時,堪耐薑力之撼,就像富豪家裡出幾個敗家子,短期間看不出危害,但是長期下來就很難保證這樣做是正確的,薑雖然好用,自古以來始終沒有進入補藥之列,原因就是性散,即使炮製成乾薑,比較不野,但仍不失其燥烈之性,雖說現代人體寒者多,一味用散劑,亦恐誤事!<br />

<span style="color: purple;">口中燥渴,喜歡飲冷,又常常嘴破,舌頭爛,容易生青春痘,肩頸僵硬,多夢且睡不好,心煩氣躁,稍微吃到一點補藥或油炸物,就上火、咽喉痛..........。有人吃到一顆龍眼乾,喉嚨痛三天的;也有吃到腰果就牙齦浮腫的。</span><br />
<span style="color: purple;">這些症狀看似熱證,醫生投以寒涼藥,卻造成腳抽筋或拉肚子,患者自己也反映常常手腳冰冷,膝蓋無力腰痠痛,一個晚上要起來小便好幾次,嚴重影響睡眠品質,甚至小便失禁、漏尿,下焦嚴重虛寒。</span><br />
<span style="color: purple;">熱性的食物不能吃,寒涼的食物也不堪負荷,尤其是更年期以後的婦女,更是有一半以上變成這般體質。</span><br />
<span style="color: purple;">請問師父這當中是出了什麼問題?又該如何調理呢?</span><br />

七伯:<br />
這是個嚴重的問題,卻又很普遍,藉此機會,今天就要解開世紀之謎。<br />
上熱下寒,熱是火性,火性炎上,本是自然;寒是水性,水性就下,也屬自然。<br />
可是人是活的,人身本有太極在運轉,太極一轉,則水火交融,寒熱平調,水不獨寒於下,火不單熱於上,氣血於是得以溫行臟腑,而不偏頗。就像泡牛奶,冷水加熱水,還要攪拌一下,這樣才均勻。<br />
所以易經的泰卦上地下天,具有動象,陰陽交會,天地大通;否卦則是上天下地,陰陽分隔,不相往來,天地不交,萬物不生。<br />

這種病態不合乎自然法則,不適用易經天人合一的規律,但是可以從五行去分析。<br />

平人在健康狀態下,水火平調,處在平衡之中,不會因為吃了一點寒性或熱性的食物而嚴重失衡,或者因此產生症狀,那是因為脾胃功能很強,脾胃屬土,位居中央,是水火之分界,是金木之分野,也是生化之源,後天之本。所以歷代中醫經典皆重視胃氣的強弱,有胃氣則生,無胃氣則死。這個原理可以以下圖來說明:<br />

日常生活中 ,稍微不留意,天平就會傾斜,所以吃東西不能太隨性,吃錯了馬上反應出來,我見過飯後喝冷飲,十五分鐘馬上跑廁所的人,你們猜他幾歲?三十幾歲!<br />

</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">上熱下寒對治之法</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">不管何者,皆首重脾胃,脾胃一強,則立於不敗之地,唯有中土可以灌溉四方,涵養臟腑,因此先賢 李東垣的補土派可以自成一家,影響後世極為深遠,所以你們不會聽到有補肺派、補肝派的,只有補養脾胃才是正治。</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">再者,陰陽決離既然屬厥陰病,自然選用厥陰病之處方,要把陰陽拉回來,當然要用酸收的藥物,這樣處方就出來了--烏梅丸。我們當然不會原方不動,隨證加減,活潑自在,寒熱皆有,就寒熱皆用,不要被病名迷惑,管它高血壓、心臟病、糖尿病,見招拆招。</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">最重要的是,要多走路,走路可以把熱氣往下導,下肢發熱,上身清爽,百利而無一害。這可是有學問的,與厥陰相對的是寒熱往來的少陽,太陽為開,陽明為闔,少陽為樞,少陽是陰陽出入往來的樞機,樞機不能一日不動,樞機不動則陰陽不能開合,所以要動。動哪裡呢?人體早已經設計好了,就是環跳穴。環跳穴位居人身之中點,上下各半,又是足少陽之大穴,走路就動到了,多麼簡單!每走一步,就調一點陰陽,何樂而不為?</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />

現在人因為陽動不夠,所以會被水果欺負,同樣是靈長類,雜食性,一比較就清清楚楚<br />

猴子要吃個東西,可能要爬上爬下、翻山越嶺,才能換一頓粗飽<br />

關於胸鎖乳突肌的問題想請教您?從4月起,我有在TN跟一個瑜珈老師上課,一個月只上一次課,上課內容並不多,主要是調整我的姿勢,五月份上課,老師說我脖子上的兩條胸鎖乳突肌都不明顯(長期打電腦造成的)需要平常就輕輕捏捏它,課後我只先就左邊的胸鎖乳突肌捏捏,我的牙齦就不舒服,覺得怪怪的,但是第一周是中午11-13時跟晚上11-1時,特別有感覺;第二周是突然會痛;第三週就不痛了;這段痛的時間到6/18止,我都沒有再輕捏我的胸鎖乳突肌,但是6/18上完課,瑜珈老師叮囑我要做這個動作,又開始輕捏它一下,沒有捏很久喔,牙齦居然又開始有感覺起來,我才去回想之前為什麼會牙齦怪怪的,XX醫師,胸鎖乳突肌跟牙齦是連動的嗎?要怎麼捏才不會有這種現象?還是要繼續捏?症狀就會自然改善<br />
